What is the difference?

He’s been to America - OR -  He’s gone to America.

BEEN - experience up to now

On je že bil v Ameriki, zdaj pa verjetno ni več tam. Poudarek je na tem, da je to že doživel.

GONE - present result of a past action

On je odšel v Ameriko in ga zdaj ni tu. Poudarek je na njegovi odsotnosti.

Look at the video and try to do the exercise at the end. Send me your answers or write them on the forum. You can also write down some notes in your notebook if you need to.
